Premiere of the workshop book NACHBARSCHAFT - presentation of the Fischerhaus - photo exhibition in the Bildersalon - concert - open workshop program
At 11 a.m. in the gallery, we will be presenting workshop book no. 10: NACHBARSCHAFT. We will read excerpts from the texts and invite you to review the year together. At the same time, we will open the renovated Fischerhaus in Schlossstraße with a tour of the rooms. At the bakery next door, master baker Kai Kreuzmann will be selling fresh bread and cakes. In the picture salon at 1 pm, the extensive picture series „Bridges. Places of German-Polish Neighborhoods“ by Holger Herschel and Jürgen Danyel. The two were out and about on the bridges over the Oder between Hohensaaten and Frankfurt (Oder), talking to and photographing people in whose everyday lives a bridge between Germany and Poland plays an important role. We will start the afternoon with a concert at 3 pm. Our guest is the singer-songwriter Heike Mildner from Lietzen with a program about the country and its people. An open workshop from 12 - 4 p.m. rounds off the day.
