Administration of the educational offers in the Oderbruch Museum Altranft (20 hrs/week)
Start from 16.March 2022, in permanent position
At the Oderbruch Museum Altranft, many new educational opportunities have emerged in the last 6 years. The various workshops and school projects are visited by numerous children and young people, who can get to know the landscape, people and culture of the Oderbruch here with different creative techniques.
From mid-March we are looking for support (20 hrs/week, 12€ hourly wage) in our education team. The tasks are very varied, in addition to activities in the office, for example, the school classes should be received and events prepared. The core working hours are usually on Thursday and Friday, the remaining hours can be arranged individually in consultation. In addition to good computer skills, a class B driver's license is also required.
Tasks:
- Coordination of dates with the schools and the workshop leaders for booking and implementation of the workshop offers
- Preparation and follow-up of the workshops
- Public relations work
- Support of educational activities at events
- Organization of the Heimatarbeit excursions and supervision of the Heimatarbeit network
- Assisting with various tasks in education e.g. exhibit setup, material preparation, etc.
- Supervision of the premises and modules in the educational area
