Enforcement proceedings
If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above contact option or if you do not receive a response within a period of three weeks, you can submit a corresponding application to the Enforcement Body of the State of Brandenburg, established at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Integration and Consumer Protection of the State of Brandenburg - State Disability Commissioner, for a review of the regulations and measures specified in the Accessibility Statement. The enforcement body checks the legal validity of the application from the point of view of content. In individual cases, it orders a technical review of the website at the Monitoring Body for Accessibility of Web and Application Technologies in the State of Brandenburg.
The enforcement body according to § 4 para. 3 BbgBITV has the task of settling disputes on the topic of accessibility in IT between people with disabilities and public bodies in the state of Brandenburg. The enforcement procedure is free of charge. No legal counsel needs to be involved.
